As Director of Sales and Marketing of R&L Construction, Mr. O'Brien has primary responsibility for the growth and development of the organization. He determines and formulates policies and business strategies while providing the overall direction of R&L Construction.

His hands-on involvement in the operations and management of company-wide resources facilitates successful projects for our clients in today's complex building environment. His understanding of the construction process and his expertise in scheduling and budgeting provides the requisite knowledge to assure the client that "they will have the resources that they need, when they need them."

Mr. O'Brien's personal commitment to the client and high level of professionalism set the tone for lasting partnerships. Our clients know that while the Project Managers and Superintendents build the projects, Mr. O'Brien "builds relationships that last."

Prior to joining R & L, Mr. O'Brien enjoyed a successful five year te nure with United Rentals, the world's largest construction rental & supply company, growing their business exponentially. Mr. O'Brien's "in the trenches" background, coupled with innate ability to diagnose and solve construction related problems as they arise, greatly enhance the value of R & L Construction. Bronx-bred and Cornell University educated, Mr. O'Brien is the quintessential customer relations professional and has greatly influenced the formation of this service-oriented team leading the company's success by hand picking top executives in every area.
