Mr. Eamon Lynch is the founding father of R&L Construction having established the company in 1985. Shortly thereafter, Eamon returned to his native Ireland while his brother-in-law, Patrick White took the reigns and began their climb to the levels of success R&L Construction has achieved.

As Director of the Steel Operations of R&L Construction, Mr. Lynch has primary responsibility for the growth and development of the steel shop. He determines and formulates policies and business strategies while providing the overall direction of R & L Steel.

Eamon’s hands-on involvement in the operations and management of the steel shop’s resources facilitates successful projects for our clients in today's complex building environment. His understanding of the construction process and his expertise in scheduling and budgeting provides the requisite knowledge to assure the client that “they will have the resources that they need, when they need them.”

Eamon’s personal commitment to the client and high level of professionalism set the tone for lasting partnerships. Eamon’s mantra has always been “complete honesty with the client; leads to happy long term client base.”
