As Operations Manager at R&L Construction, Mr. Troilo is responsible for directing all aspects of the field operation, safety, and quality control including labor & community relations. Mr. Troilo is a senior corporate executive with broad experience in organizational growth and policy / procedure. As Operations Manager, Mr. Troilo interfaces with field and project management staff to ensure that teams meet the project goals, service the client and hit targeted schedule milestones.

With more than 25 years in the construction industry, Mr. Troilo has implemented operational protocols focused at improving field and project operations. He also facilitates the company safety adherence and training efforts. He was educated at Penn State Ogontz Campus in Construction Technology.

Prior to joining R&L Construction, Mr. Troilo was Vice President of Operations for three years at Hudson Meridian Construction Group, a NY-based General Contractor and construction management firm. During his 3-year tenure as VPO, Mr. Troilo worked on numerous, successful high rise, high-end buildings both rental and condominium. Previously, Mr. Troilo held a VPO / Corporate Officer positions at JMB Associates, a CM, GC and developer with offices in NY and Philadelphia for 12 years.
