Led by Mr. Colin Barton Mr. Barton, with his strong structural engineering background, excels at aiding and assisting the engineers in resolving any MEP issues that may arise throughout the project. He had over twenty years managing projects for both Lehr and JT Magen Construction, two of New York’s largest interior contracting firms before joining R&L Construction in 2006.

Colin is responsible for the Interior Build Out of the prestigious 995 Fifth Avenue; the former Stanhope Hotel; perhaps the most prestigious Interior Build Out in NYC. The Interior Division has grown exponentially under the leadership of Mr. Barton. The Interior Division’s strengths lie in both Commercial and Residential build outs.
